Move-in ready, on deadline
Construction leaves fine dust, debris, adhesive residue and fingerprints on every surface. Goal Environment Service works with general contractors, developers and property owners to turn job sites into spotless, safe spaces ready for inspection, handover and occupancy.
We coordinate with your superintendent and trades, phase the work around your schedule and add crews when deadlines get tight — including weekends.
Our three-phase process
- Rough cleaning. Right after major construction: large debris, leftover materials and heavy dust are removed so finish trades can work.
- Fine cleaning. Detailed cleaning of surfaces, windows, fixtures and floors to remove stubborn dust and residue.
- Final cleaning. Polishing, glass, fixtures and touch-ups right before walkthrough, inspection or move-in.

Frequently asked questions
What does post-construction cleaning include?
Removal of dust, debris and leftover materials; cleaning of surfaces, windows, floors and fixtures; and specialized tasks such as floor polishing, carpet cleaning and HVAC vent cleaning.
When should post-construction cleaning be scheduled?
Typically after major construction is complete and before occupancy or handover. Rough cleaning can start earlier so finish trades have a clean space. We’ll coordinate with your project schedule.
How long does post-construction cleaning take?
It depends on the size of the space and the level of cleaning required. A small office suite may take a day; a large commercial building may take several days across phases. You’ll receive a timeline with your quote.
How do you handle hazardous materials?
Construction waste is handled and disposed of according to local regulations. Regulated hazardous materials (such as asbestos or lead) must be abated by licensed specialists before cleaning begins.
Do you clean residential and commercial projects?
Yes — commercial, institutional and residential projects, including multi-family developments.
Do you provide equipment and supplies?
Yes. We bring all equipment and cleaning products, including eco-friendly options.
How do you protect delicate finishes?
We use the right techniques and products for each surface — stone, wood, stainless steel, glass and new flooring — to clean without scratching or damaging finishes.
What if something is missed?
We do a final walk-through with you and return for touch-ups if anything needs attention.
